The first floor features a spacious living room with fireplace and covered porch for entertaining. The formal dining room offers seating for six. The eat in family kitchen seats four comfortably around the barnwood table, large refrigerator, dishwasher, compactor and full electric stove/oven with an adjacent laundry room.

All dishes, silverware and glassware (water, juice, rocks glasses, wine glasses and plastic ware for outdoor entertaining) are provided as well as everything for cooking including pots, pans, pyrex, utensils and more. There is a silver tea service as well as several formal serving pieces for formal dinners.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms each with a full bath. The master bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area, bath and private deck. The three remaining bedrooms offer queen beds with spacious closets and private baths with either bathtubs or showers in each. There is also access to smaller deck area for all from the hallway on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided.
