***Main House
The first floor features a spacious living room with fireplace and covered porch for entertaining. The formal dining room offers seating for six. The eat in family kitchen seats four comfortably around the barnwood table, large refrigerator, dishwasher, compactor and full electric stove/oven with an adjacent laundry room.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms each with a full bath. The master bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area, bath and private deck. The three remaining bedrooms offer queen beds with spacious closets and private baths with either bathtubs or showers in each. There is also access to smaller deck area for all from the hallway on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided.
*** Rates
Bay Cottage is available seasonally from May through October. Weekly rates vary from $2,500 to $4,800 depending on the number of guests and time of the season. Discounts are available for May, and October.
