Jacob Wendell House offers rooms nightly from $89 to $295 per night per room based on double occupancy from May through October each season. In accordance with state law, a 6% state sales tax will be applied to your room bill.

Weekly rates are considered and vary depending on the number of guests and time of the season. Low season rate are available for May and October.

Typically, if a reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit may be refunded minus a service charge.
