Rates & Policies
All B&B rates are per night, based on double occupancy, and include a continental breakfast. Room rates do not include 6% sales tax & 7% hotel/tourism bureau tax.
We have a two-person limit per room in our Queen and King Rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision. All children must be three years or older to ensure a restful stay for all our B&B guests in our historic home.
Check-in/check-out time: For Bed and Breakfast Guests, Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation in the amount of 50% of the entire stay.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 14 days before your arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in deposit forfeiture.
